Wow! The hotel surprised me with rooms that had kitchen facilities, which I wasn't expecting. Despite the air conditioning not working, I appreciated the extra key card provided. The service was top-notch, especially from the night shift staff who were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, a short walk to Liverpool Lime Street Station. The dining experience was average, with warm food served on cold plates, but the waitress was attentive. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights and a few drawbacks.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its unexpected kitchen facilities in the room and additional extras provided. However, the lack of other facilities was a downside, but it offered great value for money.

The dining experience was lovely with beautifully served dishes, albeit a minor letdown with the use of cold plates for warm food. The sausages were a highlight of the meal.

I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the city center, and the Liverpool Empire, but slightly out of the town center. The staff, including the receptionist and bar staff, were friendly, but I felt the service lacked the expected level of customer care. The dining options were decent but could use some improvements. The rooms on the lower ground with a terrace offered a good view, but unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work properly.

Rooms
7.0
I stayed in one of the rooms on the lower ground with a terrace, and the view was nice even though the air conditioning wasn't working as well as expected.
Service
6.0
The staff members were friendly and approachable, but the overall customer service experience was not as satisfactory as I hoped for.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was convenient, being within walking distance to Liverpool Lime Street station and right in the city center near famous pubs. It was close enough to the action but slightly away from the hustle, which I appreciated.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offered several options, but I found the food to be served on cold plates, detracting from the overall warmth of the meals.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had basic facilities that served their purpose, but nothing particularly outstanding was noted during my stay.
